TRUTHFUL AND USEFULNESS OF PROPHECIES :-

It is a fact that prophecies based upon calculation of movements of planets, clairvoyance and inspiration, are not uniformly proved to be correct in comparison to scientific predictions based upon laws of nature discovered through common sense and scientific experiments, yet when scientific statements can only give glimpse of future included in the rules of nature, whereas the prophecies of astrologers surpass them in giving vivid idea of every type of futurity. Moreover, many prophecies which cannot be known through science have been proved till date to be almost literally true.

For example, prophecy of Chiro of England about first world war and the rehabilitation of Jews in Palestine, prophecy of Nostradamus of France regarding Hitler and second world war, prophecy of Arthur Clerk of America about a resident of earth descending on moon at certain time, Anderson’s prophecies India’s independence in 1947, of ceasefire on 18th August, and dropping of atomic bomb on Japan on 8th August, prophecy of saint Niyamatulla Valli Saheb of Bukhara giving the dates of the first world war and number of deaths and use of atomic bomb in the second world war are enough.

Now, after examining in detail any one of these prophecies, it is definitely proved that in comparison to scientific statements the properly made prophecies can equally be true as for example in accordance with the prophecy of Nostradamus the prophet of France made four hundred years ago giving the picture of life of individual and that of society states that, “By the end of twentieth century the science will advance to such an extent that majority of world will become atheistic. Social conduct and thought will descend to a very low level; there will remain nothing like character. There will be great hullabaloo about fashion. Householders will remain householders in name only. Majority of people will become goalless and roam about in the open and will start taking food in the hotels.”

Now, if the good and evil relating to people shown in world prophecies be obtained or prevented by proper action then by telling that such prophecies are not scientific statements and denying them do not go on to show any type of intelligence or foresight.

As far as present is concerned, some of the calamites or prophecies made in their connection have become a reality even from the scientific view point-as for example the possibility of Ice Age proved by experiments by Canadian scientists and the statement made by the British scientists during the last year regarding the possibility of the third world war in very near future. Moreover, according to a statement made by the American geologist Joefrey Goodman upon the basis of prevailing condition in the bowels of earth at present, “In the coming twenty years, there will be great upheavals on earth, by 2000 A.D. Many countries will sink to the bottom of the sea, whereas at many places the land at the bottom of the sea will rise and form new lands.”
During this period, certain portion of British islands will submerge in water, by an enormous earthquake in American continent the present day New York city will almost loose its existence and in Asia due to great sea tides and earthquakes the country of Japan will get submerged in water. Thus at many places there will prevail such circumstances that where there is water there will be land, and where there is land there will be water.
